The West Virginia University Eye Institute, Department of Ophthalmology, announces outstanding opportunities for fellowship-trained cornea and pediatric ophthalmology specialists. Join a dynamic ophthalmic team in an expanding practice.
Applicants must have graduated from an accredited residency program, completed a cornea or pediatric fellowship, and be board certified/board eligible. Individuals must be committed to clinical care, education and research in an academic environment.
The WVU Eye Institute, a new three story facility, is adjacent to WVU Hospitals, Inc., a 530-bed facility. The department offers both residency and fellowship programs, has all subspecialties covered by full time faculty, and has an active research program. Affiliation with the School of Medicine assures an outstanding array of advanced technologies, as well as a collaborative academic atmosphere conducive to professional growth.
