POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Optometrist for our client in Laredo, TX!
This practice has been a fixture in Laredo for over 40 years and recently was acquired by a larger group that has 8 locations across southern Texas. This groups consists of 8 MDs and 5 ODs Specializing in retina, glaucoma, anterior segment, cornea, and comprehensive eye care.
Trained scribes, technicians, administrative staff, and state-of-the-art technology are there to support your care of patients.
Experience and comfort in full scope optometry and routine eye exams a must.
Spanish speaking is a plus!

Laredo sits on the Texas and Mexico border and has a rich history dating back to when in was founded in the 1700s. It has the the oldest crossing points between the two countries and is also the nation’s largest port of entry allowing Laredo to flourish while blending the U.S. and Mexican cultures. Population of Laredo is about 260,000 with 95% being Hispanic.
If you enjoy culture, outdoors, or dining, the city provides a museum, planetarium, golf courses, restaurants, lakes and more.
If you like to get out of town there is an international airport in Laredo. Like to drive? You can be in San Antonio or Corpus Christi within a couple of hours. If you want to drive a few hours from Laredo you can be in Austin or South Padre.
