We have a fantastic hybrid model; a mix of academic and private practice, that allows for exceptional care and outcomes for our loyal patients. We are a team-oriented practice, sharing knowledge, patient care, and all aspects of education.

The Educational Pedigree of Our Physician Team

Each of our ophthalmologists has earned a fellowship in Glaucoma. Doctors on our staff include physicians trained at the top programs in the country including multiple Bascom Palmer alums, Wills Eye Hospital, Baylor University, University of Southern California, Emory University, The Wilmer Eye Institute, Harvard University, and UCLA. One of our glaucoma surgeons is also MPH, while another is a PhD. Members of our team teach at UT-Southwest and University of North Texas. Our doctors lecture and continue to publish papers and book chapters. In short, we are believers in bringing the very best of the academic and private practice worlds together for the benefit of our patients.

Our team is recruiting a Glaucoma surgeon (fellows in training are welcome to inquire) for the needs of our practice. This is a very intellectually stimulating role that includes a great deal of pathology. Mentorship here is part of our highly collegial, collaborative culture.
