The local city has a population of 140K and an MSA of 450,000. People here are friendly, hospitable and very social. Your family will enjoy sunset walks on the Riverfront, visiting museums, attending minor league hockey and baseball games, big name concerts, Broadway Shows, a vibrant arts and culture scene, family friendly festivals, and a local Zoo. This area is a hidden gem with a tremendous wealth of natural riches. There are many wonderful parks, green spaces, lakes, preserves, dense forests, rolling hills, miles of hiking and biking trails, and lots of caves and cavern to explore.

The ownership model is simple, understandable, fair, and profitable. No down payment is required and no loan is needed!!! The practice purchase will be paid for out of FUTURE profits. Over 1,000 annual surgical procedures performed. The majority are cataracts, but include YAG, SLT, plastics, and strabismus. Most procedures are performed at an ASC three blocks from the office.

The surgery center has all the latest equipment available including, but not limited to, the latest B&L Phaco Unit, Femtosecond & Lasik lasers. Shares in the ASC may be available for purchase and the return is handsome!

The practice has approximately $500,000 in equipment including IOL Master, OCT, Humphrey Visual Field, Argon, YAG, and SLT lasers. This office has four fully equipped lanes. The staff includes an office manager, two front office personnel, and three highly trained, experience technicians. All employees are trained on our Compulink EMR System.
