An established, 30 year old ophthalmology practice in the Tri-state area of West Virginia, is looking for a buyer for their clinic and surgery center. West Virginia is a Certificate of Need state, so this 3 room ASC is extremely valuable. At one time, owning surgeon was regularly doing 200 cataracts per month. This is a needy area with plenty of clinical and surgical volume.
This West Virginia medical practice is just a short drive from Wheeling, WV and is 1 ½ hours to Pittsburgh, PA.
Wheeling, WV is located on the Ohio river in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains. Its MSA is 150,000 people. The region has a true 4 seasons climate and offers a relaxing lifestyle with many outdoor recreaitonal activities.
